My approach to writing is one of wearing 2 Hats which reflect my two main domains of work and interest: coaching and leadership.
Some posts will be either coaching or leadership centric; others will combine ideas from both. So whether you’re a coach or a leader, someone who is being coached, or who wants to be a leader . . . I hope there will be something here of interest for you.
What I know is that the worlds of coaching and leadership are not exclusive to a business context. At the heart of the messages I believe in are words that I hope you can transfer into and translate for every aspect of your life.
