Full circle . .

I witnessed a colleague present to a group of peers on their experience of doing a 360 feedback.

They presented honestly, warts and all. It was emotional and courageous.

It was also a brilliant example of someone making 360 feedback meaningful. For them, their report most definitely wasn’t something that was ever going to be put in a draw to gather dust. Instead, they made it count by acknowledging it, analysing it, and reflecting on it.

But more importantly, they shared it with a group of people important to them.
