Your achievements, fears, high points, light-bulb-coming-on-moments, learning curves, surprises, doubts, laughs, frowns, smiles, best practice, disappointments, emotions, hopes, challenges, goals, aspirations, detailers, attitudes, dreams, behaviours?
I’m a great fan of reflection … and some of mine was done easily with the help of a few great statistics (and yes, I know you know I don’t like them, but I’ve happily given in to them on this occasion).
