An article in The Guardian by Carol Gaskell grabbed my attention.  In considering how to motivate employees, Ms Gaskell describes 9 types of employee.  (You can read the full article here.)

It reminded me how different we all are at work, and how, if we’re lucky, we’ll find a leader who can tap into our individuality and motivate us based on our preferences, needs and desires.
