A friend told a story about the “coffee man” – someone he’d previously worked with whose sole job was to take round tea and coffee (those were the days!)  to his colleagues. And what had always stayed with my friend was how well this guy did his job. He excelled at what he did. Simple, superb service, and always with a smile. Renowned for his skills. 

I want to be like the coffee man. Come on … who wouldn’t?
