In a moment of boldness (perhaps madness), my beloved described my personality type as NIIO. 
This apparently stands for:

• Not listening
• Impatience
• Intolerance
• Overtalking

Oh, how I laughed. And forgave him, for that is yet another wonderful characteristic that I possess. 

It reminded me of the importance of understanding what makes someone tick so you can truly work with them well.
