Here’s an idea . . .

Sit down on a comfy settee in a quiet space in your office building.

Sit down with someone you’ve worked with recently on something new, innovative, or problematic … and certainly significant for your organisation/department/team.

Record your conversation – just audio, or video.  Be prepared to speak honestly, to listen to each other, to voice your reflections.

Then play it back and see what you notice.
