I really like Natalie Campbell’s The Followership Game for the thoughts it provokes about non-traditional leadership models and images. It expands the notion of leadership into a modern era where leaders are seen to exist in all aspects of life – not just in organisations. Take micro-leaders for example – influencers perhaps in a community, or on social media – maybe a vegan activist or a yoga fan – leaders who can “help us overcome the difficulties we have in our everyday life.”
