Owning up . . .

Does your leader support you even when you’ve made a mistake?

Have you ever worked for someone who was super-critical every time you messed up?  So much so that the good communication between you dwindled because you became afraid to share?

For any leader, I think the attitude of make the wrong decision for the right reason and I’ll support you is a wonderful quality.  For remember . . .
