Sweet . . .

A recent announcement by renowned confectioner Mackintosh tells us that Quality Street have “binned the Toffee Deluxe… and brought in the Honeycomb Crunch” instead.

That, in itself, is revelatory, but it was some other information about this brand that intrigued me:

 “It’s estimated that 15 million tins of Quality Street are sold each year, enough sweets to stretch to the moon and back when placed end to end.”

Who says statistics are boring?
