I’ve been on some amazing continuing professional development recently.  It challenged some of my previous thinking, gave me a chance to indulge in creativity (for heaven’s sake, I even spent one morning colouring!), and grew my knowledge at a very welcome stage of my career.

My fellow practitioners on my course were simply amazing, and I learnt from them daily as I listened to their stories and watched them perform.  They were prepared to share their experiences, warts and all.  I couldn’t have been more impressed, and some of their words will stay with me forever.

Learning from the generosity of others is a most welcome gift.  It was the biggest lesson I learnt.  A gift I shall be eternally grateful for.
