Positive tickets . . .

Before you read this delightful article (Catch People in the Act of Doing Things Right), please believe that I’m not advocating that any police force in the UK adopts Ward Clapham’s solution (though if honest, it is rather a marvellous idea  – where did he get the funding for it?!).  But I am right behind Bill Taylor when he says,

“If we are eager to create environments where people routinely act their best, it’s up to leaders to bring out the best in everyone — to focus less on fixing what’s going wrong, and to highlight and celebrate what’s going right. That’s how we get humanity back into business.”
