Kick it off . . .

As a coach, I get asked a lot about moving on, letting go, not allowing yourself to be crippled by what others think of you.

And it would never be right for me to advise or suggest – better still to listen and to support people to work things out for themselves.

But I do quite like this quote:

“You will find that it is necessary to let things go; simply for the reason that they are heavy. So let them go, let go of them. I tie no weights to my ankles.” (C. JoyBell C)

Good, isn’t it?
