Being who you want to be …

“Life’s all about taking opportunities as they come along and doing your best. I hate the words ‘try’, ‘but’, ‘why’, ‘double-check’. They just denote failure. It’s easy to be average. I have no time for this. We can all be who we want to be.”

Now I don’t watch “First Dates” on Channel 4. I’d never heard of it until I read an article about Fred Sirieix, restaurant boss at London’s Park Lane Hilton hotel, and maitre d’ of the First Dates eatery. But I was rather taken with his comment, above – rather a good insight into possibilities … and as you know, I believe that our possibilities are endless.
