A delegate on a leadership programme posed a question:

“What’s your team like when you’re not around?”

A few people in the room took a deep breath – almost a sharp intake.  Some giggled.  Some squirmed a little in their seats.

Not one person had an answer.

Chances are that others will be able to answer that question about your team.

Would it hurt to ask them?  Would it hurt to try?
