See it, say it . . .

Over the last year or so I’ve worked hard on trying to create more appealing slide decks for the rare occasion I feel it’s necessary to use them.

And now, I’m transferring that effort to my browser bookmark bar which today I’m proud to say contains a collection of logos, rather than website names.  A simple, quick click of the logo, and I’m transported to another world via a url that is fronted by a colourful, imaginative, and unique design.

I know that this represents a change in my thinking – and that in part is a little scary.  It’s been sparked in part by wanting to streamline my bookmark bar and make all my shortcuts show, but also to challenge myself to remember what the logos are – a little taxing of the grey cells that I try to maintain.

Feels like a win-win to me.

All that’s left now is to convince friends and colleagues about the joys of cloud technology, and my work will be done …
