How much?

On this day in 1768, in Edinburgh, Scotland, the first part of the Encylopedia Britannica was published.

Estimates today are that the total data held by just 4 big online storage companies (Google, Amazon, Microsoft and Facebook) is 1,200 petabytes. That’s 1.2 million terabytes if that’s any clearer to you. It isn’t to me. But I know it’s big.
