- Invest time getting to know co-workers
- Seek assignments that give me a sense of purpose
I’m not arguing – they’re entirely accurate based on what I know about my preferences and personality type.
So even if you’ve never done a diagnostic to try to find out more about your particular personality type, what tips would you give yourself for your wellbeing both out of and in work?
