I’ve been revisiting some of my yoga books, and came across this quote about asanas (postures): The Yogabhashya is a commentary on the Yoga Sutras of Patañjali, a collection of 196 aphorisms written around 400 CE. I’m reminded that there’s a message in there that’s relevant even now.
