  1. I love that message I heard Laruga say ‘soften in to the pose’ and I often have a mental mantra of ‘allow the pose to become me’… it’s kind of the opposite to the forceful effort we’re often led to believe is the way to achieve anything! One of life’s beautiful paradoxes!

  2. So glad I discovered your blog. 🙂 Yoga has been a hobby of mine for about a year now, and I’m even on the journey of attaining my yoga teacher training certification. On my blog, I’ve even started a yoga photo journal, which is helping me see what I need to improve, and how much progress I’ve already made. Thanks for this awesome post!
