Do it next time you’ve just had a conversation with someone in your team.

Close the door to your office.  Ask yourself the following questions, and answer with an honesty that you’d be proud of:

1.  If someone else had been party to our conversation, how would they have known that I was listening?
2. If someone else had been party to our conversation, how would they have known that I was listening?
3. If someone else had been party to our conversation, how would they have known that I was listening?

Clear?
