Learning from everyone …

Jenk Oz is the CEO of iCoolKid, a lifestyle website for children aged between eight and 15. Pretty incredible in itself.
And his genius isn’t limited to his website. He’s happy to share his experience and offer business advice for other budding entrepreneurs. His main suggestion is to form an “ideas board of directors” … 5-6 people, of preferably different backgrounds, life and experiences and ages who help you to expand on your ideas, telling you what might be good and possible. You should aim to see all of them at least once a month, but that doesn’t have to be together.
And a key skill they should possess?
Being a good listener.
What a great idea.
