I read a description of Systems Leaders.  It seems that they . . .

“build relationships based on deep listening, and networks of trust and collaboration start to flourish.  They are so convinced that something can be done that they do not wait for a fully developed plan, thereby freeing others to step ahead and learn by doing.”

In the real world that might be called winging it.  And it made me feel a whole lot better about my preference for big picture, and on (or even over) the horizon thinking.  Now I’ve just got to convince my boss (who is the most amazing fine detail thinker and planner ever) that just occasionally, dreaming is good!
