I used a diagnostic tool to find out more about myself. One of the results suggested I had a high level of “mischievousness.”
Immediately, I was a little concerned. Being mischievous? At work? Surely no. Not me.
So I investigated what the tool meant by this behaviour, and learned that being mischievous means I’m more likely to:
- break rules
- be hedonistic
- take the pressure off others
- be light-hearted
- think that work should be fun
Mischievous? Yes, I can live with that.
