Leaving it behind . . .

Molly Blackwell posts a thought-provoking blog on what organisational learning and development should be leaving behind in order to move forward.  From evaluating what she proposes as ingrained habits of the learning and development industry, a group of over 50 international professionals aimed to establish what behaviours are hindering an ability to thrive.  Key to future success, it seems, will be 3 things:

  • Independence
  • Design
  • Control
