Claire Bremner for The Myers-Briggs Company, makes an excellent argument for making the most of development programmes, leadership learning, training, by showing how learnt skills can be transferred easily into the workplace – see Put your skates on!

I especially love her story of a client who actively sought to extend their experience of receiving by applying his learning to his career. So, not a one-off experience, but something to be built on through continuing professional development.
