Consistently, there’s one element of leadership programmes I’ve worked on over the years that’s always highlighted by delegates as a real success. Aside from them loving the content and the resources and the tools and models and concepts, they cite one major valuable opportunity as something they’ve appreciated most … the ability to connect with each other.

Funny how this oft-identified favourite element is something so easy to achieve in the workplace every day, but that it sometimes takes a formal coming-together of people to remind us of its significance.
