A colleague recently shared their very personal experience of being given the opportunity to take part in group coaching. They waxed lyrical about how much they enjoyed it, and how valuable the experience had been.
Carl Rogers knew about the value of group work decades ago from his own experience of encounter groups, and as a group coach, group coaching supervisor and Action Learning facilitator, I am more than happy to state that I also know how useful – sometimes life-changing – group activity, facilitated well, can be.
