Delicious . . .

I heard someone talking about how to evaluate an initiative they’d just led. Quantitatively, the measurement presented no problem – there were numbers and percentages and figures and benchmarking which could all be applied quite easily to giving them an overall picture of success.

But what had really intrigued them was how to measure the qualitative value of their project. And to describe this problem, they came up with what I thought was a most wonderful concept: “measuring the deliciousness.
