Loving this workout . . .

Jane Fonda says that her main form of exercise these days is jumping into things before she really knows what she’s doing:


“It’s called a leap of faith … It’s what keeps me young, too. That’s my new workout. When you take a leap of faith you don’t always land in the right place, but you sure do learn things. It’s good for the heart.”
